How it sounds
Frequently asked
What makes the metal-pole bottom-out special?
A metal tip on the UPE stem meets a metal pole at the base of the keystroke, giving a crisper, more consistent bottom-out sound than an all-plastic pole — and one that stays fairly stable across different builds.
Does the Haimu SW-X MP need lubing?
It ships factory-lubed and feels good stock. Most people can run it as-is; a light hand-lube on the springs only helps if you want to chase the last bit of refinement.
Is 45g too light for tactile typists?
The 45g actuation rises to a 62g bottom-out, so it lands in comfortable medium-weight territory — light enough to stay fast, heavy enough that the tactile event reads clearly.
