There is essentially no scratch to speak of, and stem wobble is held in check well enough that thicker keycaps sit stable. The 22mm single-stage spring keeps the return snappy without feeling springy or pingy. The clacky-creamy sound comes from that nylon-heavy housing mix. The nylon damps the harshest top notes while the firm bottom-out provides the pop.

Tuning

These are good stock. The factory lube is generous and even, so the usual full hand-lube job is overkill. For those who film and lube everything, a thin layer of 205g0 on the rails and a light spring bag will smooth the return a touch and deepen the sound slightly, but that is polishing something already shipped in good shape. Films are optional given the housing fit. The effort is better spent elsewhere.

They deliver the HMX house sound that made switches like Macchiato popular, but in a lighter, more approachable weighting.
