Why does the KTT Orange sound brighter than other KTT linears?

It uses polycarbonate for both the top and bottom housing. PC is a harder, more resonant material than nylon, so the bottom-out reads clackier and crisper.

How heavy is it?

It's a true medium — 46g actuation and 53g bottom-out — so it has a touch more resistance than KTT's 43g switches without feeling heavy.
