How smooth is the TTC Venus stock?
Very. The factory lube is generous and the lengthened core keeps the stem planted, so there's hardly any wobble even before you touch it.
What does the Venus sound like?
Deep and poppy rather than clacky. In a foamed board it leans creamy, and it's noticeably less sharp than a stock Gateron Brown.
Are the keycaps going to interfere with these?
On short Cherry-profile home-row caps the inner wall can graze the rounded switch top and creak. A quick pass with a nail file on the switch edges clears it up if you hit it.
