How strong is the tactile bump?
It's pronounced and sits right at the top of the keypress, so you feel a crisp, early bump rather than a soft mid-travel one. It's a clear tactile, not a borderline one.
Why does it sound so deep for a tactile?
The full polycarbonate housing and UPE stem give a deep, full, rich bottom-out that's unusual for a tactile, which often run sharper.
Is the UPE stem any good?
Yes — UPE is a slick material, so despite the strong bump the travel between the bump and the bottom-out stays smooth rather than scratchy.
