It's a medium-strong tactile. The bump peaks very early in the keypress and then trails off, so it reads as sharp and pronounced without being as aggressive or fatiguing as a heavy "boba"-style switch.

The 2.0 refresh swaps the single-stage spring for a double-stage one, reworks the pins into a sturdier three-layer structure, and adopts a newer top housing for more even LED diffusion.

It ships factory-lubed and feels good out of the box, so most people can skip it. Enthusiasts chasing a deeper, more uniform sound can hand-lube and add films, but it isn't required.
